Care Instructions

  • Cold wash, hang dry, stay fly. We suggest this to ensure that your apparel lasts for a very long time. If this isn't an option for you we suggest cold washing with like colors and drying on your dryers lowest setting

Pre-Sale and Out of Stock items

  • Most of our pre-sales can take 2-4 weeks depending on availability. Most out of stock items can still be ordered and will fall into the pre-sale category. 
  • Limited edition and collaboration items are usually a single run and are not slated to be restocked.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • It usually takes us about 3-5 days to ship out orders.

WHY HASN'T MY USPS TRACKING STATUS UPDATED?

  • Because it can sometimes take several days to pack orders, we will occasionally print labels a few days before packages are mailed out. E-mail notifications, however, are sent as soon as we print out the label. Also, the USPS doesn't always scan items immediately, so it can take some time for your tracking status to update.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • Shipping cost varies based on weight and location. All items are shipped from Washington state.
  • You can see how much it will cost in checkout before you pay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • You have 15 days to return an order after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, feel free to contact us and we will cover shipping fees.
  • The sale of all discounted items are final.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

  • If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and which items you would like to return.
  • Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
  • You are responsible for any damage to the goods during the return shipment. It is highly recommended that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging.
  • Provide a tracking number for the return shipment if possible.
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
  • If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, MISSING, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?


Transport Damage

  • If the product is lost or you notice that the item has been damaged during transport upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately.

Missing Packages

  • In the case that you chose shipping that includes tracking and you do not receive your package within 2 months, please contact us. We will replace your missing items but we require that you pay shipping. If your shipping does not include tracking then we cannot take responsibility for your package.

Unclaimed Packages

  • For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
